Who is responsible

Bradbury Challenge (bradburychallenge.org) is an independent project. The controller of the personal data described here is José Eduardo Patrocínio, who can be reached at contact@bradburychallenge.org.

What we do not collect

There are no accounts, no forms and no newsletter. We do not ask for your name or email address, and we do not sell or share personal data.

Your reading marks

When you tick a reading as read, the mark is stored in your own browser (local storage). It never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. This is necessary to run the site (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Advertising

The site does not show advertising at the moment. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Links to other sites

Every reading opens on the site of its publisher. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you are there.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@bradburychallenge.org. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Portugal, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
